Sited within a conservation area, Huntingdon House Hotel this 1880’s constructed building in poor condition was converted into a 122 room hotel and 14 residential apartments. The project involved the insertion of a new mezzanine level to the rear and the retention of the Norman Shaw inspired façade to the front.
