The Priory

The Priory is a new breed of care home mixing extra care and over 55's accommodation in a sustainable environment. The scheme aims to optimise the views over Hungerford Common, an area of outstanding beauty. Providing 100% 'affordable' homes, it is landscaped to integrate into its natural surroundings where even the bats are to be residents of a new bat barn construction that is part of a wider ecological mitigation strategy.
