CDM Consultancy / Our CDM Consultancy team are based in our South office and provide a dedicated, comprehensive and professional health & safety service to both our private and public sector clients.The team has administered hundreds of commissions dealing with the implementation of the CDM Regulations and health and safety issues and are highly experienced in both Partnering Contracts and Framework Agreements.Dedicated ServiceWe provide our Clients with a professional and efficient CDM service and establish a friendly, responsive working relationship by getting to know them, scope of their commissions and background to their organisation.Each project has a designated key advisor with regard to the full remit of design and construction health and safety risk management issues. We recognise their needs and requirements which are incorporated into the health & safety documentation.Our Clients From both the private and public sector our clients include Family Mosaic , Network Housing Group, Hillingdon Homes Limited, London Borough of Hillingdon and Surrey County Council.Legislation The team are fully conversant with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 and ensure that Clients, Designers and Contractors meet their respective duties under the Regulations.We bespoke health & safety documentation for any commissioned project from commencement of design work, through the design process, pre-construction stage, monitoring a watching brief during construction phase to delivery of the Client Health & Safety File.
