Catford Gets the Cream

Hunters London had reason to celebrate last week when the Catford Dog Track regeneration scheme was awarded planning consent.
This £85million mixed-use scheme on the site of the old Catford Dog Track is set to provide 589 new homes, community centre, retail units, new public realm and a new Network Rail station.
Residential includes both appartments and family homes and provides a link with the town centre and the adjacent park.
Mark Baines, who led the project to success after three years said, ‘This has been one of the most complicated and constrained sites we have designed and has consequently taken three years to get an approval. This site will be the catalyst for the further regeneration of the Catford area’.
